Just a reminder that Windsor at Pine Ridge has a new, toll-free maintenance number in place for submitting service requests. This is a convenient hotline that can be called 24-hours a day for routine or emergency service requests, and will always be answered by a live representative.
The new toll-free maintenance number is: 877-281-0963.
The resident portal is also available for all non-emergency requests. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

We are! We have been teased all week looking at the gorgeous pool that is currently being filled and cleaned! We can’t wait for opening weekend, see you for a swim on May 25th!

Today is the last day to submit a picture of your favorite decorated space in your apartment! Please don’t forget to send over a photo today to pinermkt@windsorcommunities.com to participate in the contest. Voting will start on April 20th.
A young boy from Rockburn Elementary School left his violin in a black case or tub under the tree where the school bus picks them up to school last Monday, April 8th.
Please contact 240-422-7917 or drop it off at the leasing office if you have any information about the lost violin.
