Alchemy: Conjure Up Flavor

The ancient art of alchemy — changing one substance into another — was thought to be magic. But magic still happens when you dine at Alchemy Modern American Eatery. Located in Baltimore, Alchemy is a place that wants its customers to enjoy the entire experience. You’ll enjoy the cool, comfortable ambiance, with exposed brick walls, rich woods, comfortable seating and original artwork on the walls. The service is excellent, too. And when it comes to the food, it all starts with the best ingredients. What it all means is a wonderful menu of starters, entrees and desserts that take classic American food to the next level. Alchemy is open Tuesday through Sunday for both lunch and dinner.

Kelsey’s Restaurant

Don't let the drab exterior dissuade you — once you step inside Kelsey’s Restaurant, the classy interior will surprise you. It’s part pub, part restaurant, located in a faux ski chalet in the Normandy Shopping Center in Ellicott City. Sidle up to the bar and refresh yourself with a beer or cocktail. Need a bite to eat? Settle in at a table and chow down on something from the kitchen. Boneless Wings, Seared Ahi Tuna, and Saffron Mussels make an appearance on the starter menu. Sandwiches include the Dubliner Burger with a half pound of Angus beef, a Crab Cake Sandwich, and a Grilled Turkey BLT.
